  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
  • Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


  • Cyprus: €3 Tracked shipping. FREE DELIVERY on orders over €30. Pick-up Point is available at Aquanaut Diving School, Green Bay, Protaras. If the Pick-up Point option is selected upon checkout then no delivery charges apply.
  • EU Countries: €7.50 Tracked shipping flat rate. FREE DELIVERY on orders over €150
    • Covers the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
  • Rest of the World: €12 Tracked shipping flat rate. FREE DELIVERY on orders over €150 Duties may be payable in some countries and are your responsibility. We cannot give refunds for unclaimed items. Due to restrictions currently orders cannot be delivered to Russia.


  • Delivery within Cyprus is usually within 3 working days and delivery within the EU can take up to 14 working days (except remote places, which may take longer). International delivery outside of the EU usually up to 21 days from shipment date. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. Orders made after Friday afternoon, will be handled on Monday or the next working day and shipped out as soon as possible.
  • Deliveries may only be made to the delivery address provided by the Customer on the corresponding order and accepted by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver products to hotels, post office boxes, or to any other invalid or temporary address.
  • Once we have shipped your order if you have problems with the shipment or delivery please call your post service first with your tracking number to try and resolve the problem before contacting us. If you're unable to find a resolution contact us with details and we will try our best to figure it out.
